Thick Homemade Oat Milk Yogurt Recipe | Soy, Nut, & Coconut Free

This recipe might be one of my favorite creations, even though it’s so simple to prepare making sure that I got the right consistency took a few weeks to achieve.

I wanted to ensure this recipe could be easily replicated without the need of using soy yogurt, nut yogurt, or coconut yogurt. I wanted simple ingredients that can be easily accessible to us, as well as a recipe that can have whichever flavor you would love to give it. Mine is sugar free plain oat milk yogurt recipe, but within the video I explain you how to add different flavors naturally.

Homemade Oat Milk Yogurt

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 gram probiotic yogurt starter package
