Hey guys!
Welcome back to I PINK IT!
How crazy is it that tomorrow is Independence Day and this year it looks like the celebrations will be a little different. A few weeks before the pandemic was declared I moved to LA and here the places that were starting to open are closing again.
In my case, I will be staying at home this Fourth of July weekend and I am planning to seeing the fireworks from my backyard. My family is probably going to have a cookout, so I will be making for them some delicious vegan sides and if you are looking for some ideas to celebrate this weekend with a vegan 4th of July menu I got you covered.
I have three recipes that are perfect to make this weekend, all of them are vegan, gluten free, soy free, and nut free, so I really hope you enjoy them!!
1. Gluten Free Vegan Ribs
This recipe seriously confused me when I made it, cause it tastes like bbq ribs, but it’s completely made with plants and spices. Check out my YouTube tutorial below to learn how to make them:
2. Sweet Potato Quinoa Veggie Burger
This is actually a recipe all my family loves. It’s the perfect blend of beans, quinoa, and sweet potato. Check out my video tutorial below to see how I prepare it in a mushroom bun.
3. Gluten Free Vegan Independence Day Pie
This recipe is perfect if you’re not into way too sweet pies. It only has 5g of sugar per slice and the best part is that it is allergen free. Check out my tutorial below.
I really hope these recipes help you this weekend.
Love you all so much.
