What I Eat in a Day as a Gluten Free Vegan During Quarantine

Welcome back to I PINK IT and Happy Earth Day!

I am excited to be sharing another what I eat in a day food vlog, cause I get to show you more of the food I consume and I feel like it gives you ideas on how to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, specially if you have food allergies or you want to do something different during this quarantine.

I know with my recipes I get to show you how I substitute regular ingredients for allergen free vegan ones, which is a lot of fun. However, with the food vlogs I can show you more into how my diet looks like, since it’s not that often that you meet someone who lives a plant based lifestyle with allergies to wheat, soy, nuts, peas, and sesame seeds.

All of my recipes are easy to prepare, gluten free, soy free, and nut free. I can’t wait for you to try some at home and please let me know which was your favorite.
