I understand it’s frustrating to have so many food allergies, I personally have nine and a few sensitivities. I am allergic to soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, peas, and sesame seeds, yet I focus on eating plant based and nurturing my body with foods that do not make me react. It’s all about learning what keeps your body healthy and sticking to it.

This video is also specially made for all the avocado lovers, who are looking for inspiration on how to incorporate more avocados into their daily meals.
