Welcome to I PINK IT!! This is probably my fave collab of all year, cause I get to show you how to make your avocado dreams come true. Really, today my high school friend and I will show you step by step how to prepare an avocado bun black bean burger.
In addition of cooking vegan gluten free, nut free and soy free, I also cook oil free. This recipe is completely plant-based, yet is a variation to junk food but healthier! How awesome is it that with some creativity, we can eat vegan junk food that looks a lot prettier than the counterpart.
When you have a gluten sensitivity, soy allergy, and wheat allergy, eating out gets complicated because of the oil and exposure ingredients have to gluten. With this recipe, you will not feel like you are missing out, as the bun tastes a lot better when it’s completely made out of avocado!
